Beer and Brut breakfasts deserve a special section on the menu.
Traditional omelets or scrambled eggs, poached egg or shakshuka (Caucasian variation on the subject), yogurt with fresh berries or granola; rustic cottage cheese with dried fruit and sour cream, syrniki (cottage cheese cakes) or oatmeal with buckthorn and apples. Or maybe you feel like having a fresh croissant with smoked salmon or homemade jam?
Pancake weekends kicked off in January – from noon till 6 p.m. we make weightless pancakes and serve them to anybody with a craving absolutely free of charge. What you would have to pay for are topping. And, man, there are plenty to choose from – sour cream, caramel, chocolate, honey, cherry, black rowan or feijoa jam. Add to this a complimentary glass of Pearlman sparkling wine from noon till 4 p.m. (weekends only) - and you’ll get yourself a perfect breakfast treat.
If you are in a mood for a more happening breakfast/ brunch meal – stop by on Saturday from 1 till 4 p.m. or Sunday from 3 till 6 p.m. when Beer and Brut hosts DJ sets.
